Venomen, IRIS was gratis until April. We need to assume, as it is implied, that there will be a charge after. We also were told that over 90% should stick of the DSL users. I would say absent of a new agreement they would be paid based on the old agreement until such change is made. Otherwise, on what basis would ONEV be paid for the large contingent of DSL users?
