Update on my "apparent" Insider Information

Let me just preface this with I am a novice investor and I originally bought into Cavico on a tip from this guy at my complex. "Point" if you don't give a sh!t, you can stop reading now...

OK, so anyway I finally ran into him again last night and asked him what the deal was, the stock dropped .12 since I last talked to you. His explanation was that the Vietnam market has recessed (obviously) and a lot of guys over there who were given shares of Cavico are selling to get that liquid cash now in hard times, hence the big run of sells lately.

I digged deeper and asked about the private equity he talked about last time. He insisted that he knows Tim Pham personally and stated that they received a 10 million dollar equity offer but refused due to high fees associated with the transcation. He said the offers wil still be coming in and they will pounce on the right deal...Fluff, of course but he said long hall this stock will be in the $3-$4 range within 2 years once everything stabilizes.

More about my buddy...this is where I hope you seasoned investors can help me out a little and tie up loose ends that I don't understand. Ben works as a senior partner for a company called Providential Holdings (PRVH) also trading OTC.BB at .03/share I believe. Their website is: http://www.phiglobal.com/phi/
It seems as though their sole existence is to invest in Vietnamese companies. One of those companies that they have minority interest in is Cavico. The company sounds legit but at .03 how legit can it be?

Please let me know what you guys think.

Much appreciated.
