Sounds good now let's look at the potential annual capacity in Quart bottles
Based on 60 bottles per minute, 3600 bottles per hour, @ (1 shift per day) = 28,800 per day
Let's figure 50% down time for whatever the reason. labor breaks, Maint, Label changes, packaging, product changes Etc. Etc.
That would = 14,400 Quart Bottles per day working one 8 hour shift.
20 days per month = 288,000 Quart bottles per month
12 months = 3,456,000 Quart bottles per year.
At $ 2.50 per Quart bottle wholesale = $ 8,640,000 per year
Revenues at wholesale prices to it's customers.
There is also the capability/capacity to run 3 shifts per day and more days per month but I kept it very conservative.
THAT WORKS FOR ME !!!
Online retail sales would be $ 5.00 per Quart bottle.
Larger containers sales (more then 10 - 50 gallons per container), could equal substantially more then the 1 Qt Bottle sales at wholesale and retail on an annual basis. Ex Large Korean Orders.
You can do the rest of the math but that machine has the potential to generate some very nice revenues.
I may be way off with some of my assumptions but it passes my test for potential annual revenue generation.
