You have me on the carpet on that one too. It was a couple months ago when I first was interested in this merger deal. He found one or more patents with Reed/Jordan Scott/Reed. I have asked him to pull it up again, (to validate my claim that he had). He said he can find a European patent for the 3 of them, but hasn't been able to link the domestic ones he had produced before. Obviously he has a business to run, but he said he will put a little more time searching. (And yes, he does my taxes)..
Again, I spoke too fast, but with no intended malice or deception.
