i'm glad to see the rates hold for awhile. cnbc kudlow and cramer actually want the rates to move up. i see pressure is being put on the people to do refinancing on the mortgages.
do it now or else suffer higher interest and closing cost.
greenspanomics are working as he convinced many his risk of almost rock btm. interest rate and pumping dollar after dollar to feed the economy. it surely worked for the wto and mostly china big gains.
