I come to this thread and posted that the preferred are being
converted to common, because I know that and if that makes
you unhappy so be it.

I break no prviacy rules. Its only in your head and you are
not the authority here and not even a moderator.

Incidentally, you are not a legal authority for the SEC, so
you should not quote SEC law.

You also need to lighten up and try not to be GOD. Most
of the time you do not even know whats going on.
