No, he is reflecting that price action impacts dilution, and dilution currently cannot be afforded given that with the pledged stock, we already are beyond the 1.3 billion A/S. With continued price weakness, dilution for existing convertible debt continues to expand, and continues to do so at increasing rates. That's why price action matters right now for investors, and with the continued failure to have any suggestion that the revenue picture will improve, even as the costs component continues to grow, whether through the private placement or the ever-growing credit line. That divergence is not beneficial to stockholders, plain and simple.
