Iagree with most of your post except that I don't think a R/S is on the table yet. No doubt it is possible and if there are no sales by summer I think it will become a real possibility. I do feel the company knows what that what do to them. Companies rarely recover from that because it is looked upon as a slap in the face of the investor. That said, if they get close to running out of shares they will have 3 choices. I would guess that the O/S is somewhere around 250,000,000 with about 150,000,000 in the piggy bank.

BTW...I know the S1-Gard deal is not going to solve the problem but having a decent contract with some sales makes this real and breaks the ice.
