On March 28, Paradise Music & Entertainment, Inc. ('Paradise') entered into a Financial Advisory Agreement with Carlton Capital, Inc. ('CCI'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Clayton Dunning Group, Inc. (CGGP.PK) wherein CCI agreed to provide consulting and advisor services to Paradise.
Looking at this latest news release plus the Latest PPS tells me that something is going to happen seems Clayton CGGP is going to make this deal happen which I believe will be a huge R/M.
Paradise is the stock to be in at the moment and once it hits and if it's as big as I think it will be.
I will be going after CGGP full force.
I expect this big deal to take place within the next few months.
