My observations were, this is a all weather field. Good road access and dryer. It has been shut in since 2005. So we are hoping for a good start since it has been resting for a while. I can't help you on how many years it produced. It was never a company owned operation. A family worked it as they had the funds available. Everyone in the family is in their 80's and unable to work it. I think Larry got a good deal on this one. Lots of room to grow.
