Learning, my 15 min MACD is about to make a bullish cross upward , that is a strong signal .Since the Qs did spend some time building the base @ 47.90, therefore , this bounce is stronger . We are entering slow trading hours . I am waiting for the last hour to see how the Qs present itself to me . Good luck .
