The major mistake you are making is that all this fixed and liquid capital assets upside will neccessarily affect the common shareholders' pps to the positive. This is NEVER the case. Common shareholders' pps is always and soley driven by speculation and manipulation. Especially manipulation down here in the pinks and OTC. If Apple had released the i-pod in the Pink Sheets or OTC, the pps would still be in the crapper.

All Pinks and OTCs should be played as short term lotto plays. GLCC had it's lotto run a month or so ago. It will never do that again. If it does, it will do so under another ticker symbol after yet another r/s. Congrats to all who got in and out and had a nice 8-9 bagger. Time to look for the next crap shoot. IMO.

I will ask my question again: Has anyone out there gotten rich holding long on a pink sheet stock?...that's what I thought.
