John you are awfully annoying for a 'so called' share holder.. on account every account you put up is either lousy, off base or doing your own money harm.. Devil's advocate or devilishly looking for cheap shares, I am not so certain either way..

However, your post i am replying to.. You should try reading.. The loan contracts has specific agreements within it if a R/S were to occur.. Anytime GTEC wants too..
