well, you can split your company into divisions each operating under their own budget but run it under one name, example, when I worked for Dish network, they had, Dish Network, the main name, but yet Dish operated companies inside of the dish name such as Echostar technology, Echostar sat service, yada yada yada, so maybe its just one umbrella name to cover multiple things he is running....maybe I dont know...
