here is a front cover scan from this link, couldn't find a site for "GEI" or Green First Capital. Notice front page says circulation 11,845,230

it also says the last play they were this excited about was FSLR, picked 18 months ago at 25, now 270/sh (from brochure)

they put HYHY at a $30 target in 12 months.
