ho ho, i wrote the story line and posted it, then thought, well maybe i can find a story line, so i searched a while, found it and then posted the reuters line

you read it inbetween my adding, which i added a couple of times to get the essence.

actually i heard the news on tv and they showed the stocks they had as examples of tanking after the news (Solar and Wind) i had been watching CPST and SQM today as usual, noticed SQM sink into 49s after run up to 50s, then after the Senates action ran to 51s.
