Hey Walker6, I also saw EXACTLY what you are talking about and to ME, it appeared another Congressman had to 'quell' the guy's enthusiasm a bit by clarifying (with a rhetorical question) that the numbers were based on $3.00 a gallon.. Now that was WHOLESALE cost. I don't know WHAT the markup is there, or if that is the CURRENT price today. Maybe someone else can help here..
