Jeff, I am saying that those that have believed in this company's upside should benefit with long term rewards from the forward progress that is long overdue. I do not refer to those that have benefitted from within at all. There are many ways to look at this deal and all that I am saying is that I believe that IA wishes to move forward with some formula that does permit the shareholders to have longstanding benefits if they wish too, it would be up to each individual shareholder to make that determination.

Why not ride the wave for awhile and then at some point say after one or two plants have been built, then privatize the company. At least that way shareholders are able to be a part of the upswing should it occur and they can make their exits based on other factors more palitable than current confusion. Here is hoping that some announcements will be forthcoming, at the end of the day all we can do is hope that clearer heads will prevail for all to benefit as it should be.
