jp rider.. Take it from one who has had his t__ in the wringer before for saying not to say negative things, that there are many that don't want to hear that.
Many have said that it should be a sounding board for ALL views and a good place to vent when things aren't going too well.
Just a word of advice from an eternal optimist!:)
