We are supposed to be grateful that DCTN is still in business. Afterall, it is better to have a company that is still trading than the alternative, a company that folded its tent and moved on. The R/S was a needed to give them a chance. Who can argue with this?

But none of us would have invested in this company if we hadn't believed in what they were saying last year. We understand that without cash, they just couldn't get anything done. We understand the R/S gave them a fighting chance. We understand this allowed them to get the funding. We understand the necessity of restructuring and cleaning the company up. And we are expected to be grateful because our investments are worth something compared to nothing. We are expected to be grateful they are still trying to complete their new business plan.

But what they fail to realize is we bought all of our shares from a nickel down based upon information they were giving us. From the company and its representatives, a bright picture was painted and we believed. And while they were reassuring everyone that R/S wasn't going to happen, we continued to buy. And when it happened, we stayed with them because we continued to believe what they were saying. We believed they could pull this off even knowing that an R/S in the world of pennies is usually the kiss of death.

So it is insulting for the copmpany to show no respect to us believers. It is disrespectful to ignore us while they create a company that makes them lots of money.

They need to step up to the plate, bring in the necessary buying, and get this price up where we can quit worrying about it. They need to re-assure those of us that they appreciate our loyalty. For pete-sakes, even though they don't care about us, it is to their benefit to get the share price up over a buck now and not later.

I am really pissed at their lack of interest towards the shareholders who stuck with them. Its high time they recognize our contributions, our loyalties, and our support.

Bring in the buying and move this share price now not next month. We all win. There is no logical reason for them to keep it this low.

IMHO BWTFDIK!
