The issuer is in overdrive to complete its previously announced merger with a China based company PP365.Com the new English web site of its new subsidiary together with spinning off the existing GroupCo operating subsidiaries. The 3D game is currently being offered on a non exclusive basis by its Korean manufacturer and developer, however PP365 through MONA has negotiated a first right of refusal to become 3D Guo Game sole and exclusive carrier.
