Well said 'downsideup'...I like to believe that one of the main considerations here remains the experience and track record of the parties involved,

and when you combine that with an established infrastructure and somewhat predictable geology,confirmation of the underlying assumptions resulting from interpretation of the 3d seismic should lead to rapid development and capitalization of the resource...

provided that the permitting of all identified prospects isn't held hostage to some unreasonable restrictions.

At any rate I'm really hopeful here that the waiting is just about over.
