I don't think it is the case taking into account coming events and the pps drop from 0.032 to 0.0007. Remember, insiders and MMs are heavily loaded. They need a huge price momentum and the price itself really high to get unloaded.
Just be patient 1.5-2c coming
I'm not gonna sell anything under a penny.
