Hey you all. Take a look at that post again that came out today. I went on Alco's website to make sure that they were legit and that the p.r. put out today was legit. According to the website, it is a legit p.r. that is listed on Alco's website also. Now that sounds like it's no big deal, correct? Let me throw this in their. I think we could be looking at a reverse merger coming very very soon. Think about it, Alco is privately held and it appears they are looking for a way to go public and it may look like they don't want to pay the fee's and do the leg work on going public. So what's a very quick way to get public? A reverse merger. Alco, after reverse merging, can then use the ASII symbol since it would own the company, and then go straight onto the market. From what the p.r. said, Alco is a privately held company and this is one way for a privately held company to go public in one quick move. Just my thoughts and opinions but it appears to me like it might be a possibility.
