That was asked once before and I will answer it again. I do not work for them, I am not an officer of PHGI or the so called new PRGL. Have found nothing on that yet by the way. I have been through big stock scams by a companie listed on the NY stock exchange. I have learned a lot about business over the years. I try and I say try to learn of scams and how they work. There is always new ones as well as old ones. There were a lot of them in the transportations years back. Laws were changed to stop them so that they could not do it again, but all it does is change the way the game is played. It was a very interesting move that he did. Sure took the wind out of the sails so to speak
