Can anyone help a newbie? I started one of those trade without real money accounts and I'm just trying to figure out what I'm doing. I'm having a tough time figuring out how much is actually being leveraged and traded in each transaction. For example....

I bought 8.o gbpjpy at $210.45, then sold it at $212.30 for a profit of $13,685.97. There is another catagory that says swap $182.08

So how much did I leverage to make 13K? What does the size mean when it says 8.0 .

The mock account gave me 50K to start with.
