I think Grupo PANAMERSA and Antonio Iván Mendieta Díaz is just part of some more fictitious writing by a bible thumping Cuban just to stir up the pot in an effort to thwart off possible litigators.

Even as of today PASA is still registered as the operating entity for FPA, unless its just all BS…
