Encore Energy, Energy America Geothermal Form Tech License Agreement

Encore Energy Systems, which owns the patents for use of gray water and domestic water in heat exchanger systems, has granted an exclusive patent license agreement with geothermal resource developer Energy America Geothermal.

Under the terms of the agreement, Encore Energy will exclusively license its patent to Energy America Geothermal for projects involving the U.S. federal government and the Persian Gulf. The company will receive a royalty from installed systems based on total installation value.
