Your question was answered a week ago when somebody replied to you that ECCI is putting all their attention towards getting a contract from an oil company in the Ft.Worth area.That seems pretty clear to me.I think that they are putting everything else on hold.In the May 7 pr it was even mentioned that they could sign contracts in India and elsewhere but right now they want to focus on the oil.
