Time is 'tight' for LLEG now. The sooner the deal seal up, the earliest Berlin will have one of the largest biomass plant in the region. As a small though, MMs could have collected shares along the drop down and more at this currect price range and be well prepared for the 'BIG' time when time is ripe...
