I think Clayton is waiting to finish his buyback, 100%, before issuing the PR. That would be my thinking on why it wasn't issued yet.

Maybe the PR states that the buyback is complete, and here are the numbers of what the share structure should be.

This would make sense on why he hasn't been able to issue it yet.

And maybe that's why there was high volume on Friday afternoon. (That's what I am hoping.)

I guess we'll see what the PR actually says... but he has not been wrong, in his 7 or 8 months since holding this new shell. So I will give him the benefit of the doubt, until I see actual PR.

No rush to sell on my part, so waiting a few days or a week is no big deal for me.
