If this company is for real, the standstill on this pink has to do with changes made in Russia a few months ago. There was a hold on aquiring other exporters. I am sure everyone is aware of what I am talking about, so I won't go into detail. They PR the lift on exporting rough diamonds, but never PR what the new changes were. The only thing that confuses me, are the NY connections and mom and pop shops from the PR. My DD shows that we will not move for awhile if we are any way connected to Alrosa. If they are indeed connected and plan on moving on this next year, these sub pennies are a joke. We should be buying them as quick as the Russians are. It looks to be some heavy buying at times. More than some average retail through a flip U.S. pink.
