We will not receive any of the proceeds from sales of shares of common stock by the selling stockholders.

DIVIDEND POLICY

We have never paid cash dividends on our common stock and do not anticipate paying such dividends in the foreseeable future.

It's an old filing but if you note the number of outstanding shares it may help you get an idea of where we stand . I am looking for a more detailed description of this era, to have a better idea of the dilution that took place back then and how it affected the pps. remeber the pog back then was nearly half back then too. I dont see a doller far fetched, as far as retiring on it, Most will be hestitant to answer that one,There was someone else who asked if they should be buying for there grandchildrens retirement a few months back. I remeber because I wanted to answer it but wasn't comfotable with it.No one else answered him either.
