Hi Allie, I'm not seeing a 'pending' status futures commission merchant on the nfa website for xxis. Do you think this will be a relatively quick process with a short pending period? I briefly glanced through a couple other profiles for other companies and the shortest time period between the pending and approved status was 1 month.

perhaps their approved CTA status is enough to get rolling...

A CTA is defined as "any person who, for compensation or profit, engages in the business of advising others, either directly or through publications, writings or electronic media, as to the advisability" of buying or selling commodity futures or option contracts.
