Are the investment bankers Idiots who want the pps to drop after the merger, I think not !
Even if we have a 2000/1 R/S the value of our stock becomes $4.00 per share. With good financials and a sound business plan they will raise money with private placement some where around $3.00 per share and keep the float to a minimum.
My point is that it doesn't matter what number the R/S is, it's all about fundamentals. :)
Now that we pretty much know this will be a done deal soon what we must speculate on are the fundamentals for JPT
