The more and more I read here, the more it looks likely that releasing the 8K first is just a plain and simple way to drop the price so they can buy cheaper shares. Once loaded up, then release the D.Agreement. It makes logical sense. I would do it that way if I was them also.
You see similar methods done all the time here in pinky land. Its a little dirty, but they are not here to make friends with us, they are in it for the money. Its just like MM Games, we are just along for the ride and play it as best as we can. Some days you can buy millions and see no movement, and the next 10,000 shares moves the price.
I predict Monday, it drops to .0012, closes about .0015, then PR the DA monday after market, then Tues it hits .0038. Just my opinion though
