You made the accusation that Nevada was chosen for domicile of the corporation because that state would provide greater freedom to limit rights of both preferred and common shareholders whch would make it more difficult for shareholders to create/cause/effect changes to the management team.

I guess you guys should quit pushing for a management change. Most likely will not happen due to posters on IHub.
