Yes but if for one second any one thought there wasn't going to be a R/S then you haven't been through R/M's before.

We will have a 1b O/S shares pre split and I see us r/s'ing down to 2m shares (500/1)then JPT gets their 48m shares and we have a 50m O/S...950m shares left for future acquisitions.

We can easily get to .04 with a DA and decent fins.

Remember the R/S is up in the air, and depending on pps at the time of the merger could vary greatly.

I'm the smart one on the right, or was that the left. RV'ing is fun with my Aero Exhaust !
