Well I recieved an email from Cliff Nakayama..looks like his company Mostwell int. is serving as PR/Media firm...

here is the email I received...

Currently, JPCI & Componus are still in the process of the merger. As I understand it, JPCI has issued an 8K which has undergone review by the regulatory agencies, who will comment and await further information to complete their review process. As in any of these reviews, it is difficult to adequately forecast when it will be completed, so I cannot tell you whether it is “per schedule” or not. Typically, it is difficult for the companies involved in an on-going process to disclose any matters relating to the merger.



I am always curious to find out more from shareholders about their decision process to invest and reasons why. If you or your other investor contacts would like to share your thoughts, I would appreciate it. I look forward to corresponding with you.
