COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 2004--CELSION CORPORATION (AMEX:CLN - News) today announced that it has appointed Anita J. Finkelstein as Vice President and General Counsel. Ms. Finkelstein joins Celsion from her former position as a partner in the corporate practice at Venable LLP, where she served as Celsion's primary outside counsel. Ms. Finkelstein, who is also a certified public accountant, is a 1982 graduate of the Yale Law School. Tony Deasey, Celsion's Chief Operating Officer, said, "We are delighted that Anita has joined the Celsion team.
