We will need significant value added to make sure the miscreants are disinclined to short this again to avoid paying a premium. Naked shorting is like a drug....once you go down that road, shorting is the only effective tool to keep the pps under control. If they see there is no hope of doing that, especially with the SEC watching, they will throw in the towel and it will be every miscreant for themselves...IMO. The R/S really helps us in big way here, contrary to what usually occurs IMO.
