Great NEWWSSS

Penny stocks on the Pink Sheets Exchange are not required by SEC to file. That category is called non-reporting companies.
The Pink Sheets has tightened its equirements in recent years so certain financials and an Issuer Statement has been required.
As a matter of fact Viyya is getting ready to update its reports this month.

Further-Viyya management aims to get listed on the OTCBB by year end. We are putting together the CPA team needed to do this.
BTW-this has been announced in several of this year's press releases.

When we get on the OTCBB we will be a reporting company with the filing reqts you are more familiar with.

Thank you for the interest and support.
Watch the wires for news soon.

Regards

Joe Forese

I agree I believe you but how come your company has not reported to the SEC? I am a major shareholder and just trying get on the same page sorry if I sound mean. My next question is why haven't you filed a 10 K about financial's and listed your Press Release's as a 8 K under a Exbit 99 for example? These are my last questions so if you could answer them that would be great.
