The only thing going on here is some nervous willy's who bought in thinking the audit would be published this week and they are selling their positions. It is the small players or maybe some bigger players reducing their exposure because of not hearing anything directly from Clayton. As soon as they lower it then someone comes in and buys up large blocks. Until Clayton comes out with the audit results people are going to loss 20% on their nervous sells all the time having people who kow buying up their nervousness.
