Peeved, thanks-that is a good start. Looks like it is Cook County/Chicago. SPZI is asking for a jury trial and $75,000.
So, based on legal advice to Paul, they cannot use SWARM until this matter is decided. Now we need to see what the docket date is if one has been set.

Interesting stuff from the SH mtg and many thanks to all those who attended and took their time to get us up to date.
I think next year I would like to make that trip-Chicago in
June is pretty nice.
