I dont think so,answer your own question,do they care???Are they trying to run a business,or bend to every whim from message board posters?Yes they have other funding,read the PRs.They also said they would be increasing the share count,but no,they didnt say by how much,because they dont even know that yet.IMO,they felt its better to raise the AS,now,and then if there is a need to issue them,they are available.When to issue shares is not predicated on share price,it based on need.
