Everyone knows I have had my doubts in the past and have been very critical on management and their lack of communication. IMO, they are finally getting it right. I don't see Dr Moro ever giving up. He has surprised us all with the speed at which he has been able to convert from the RIA to chemoluminescent to the rapid test and now ELISA. To say he is not brilliant and truly convicted I would beg to differ. I see that Dr Moro has taken charge of the situation and he isn't taking s*** from anyone any longer. He knows what we have and he has serious plans to fully capitalize on it. Since he developed the ELISA it has become a game changer. We are not solely dependant on Inverness or Abbott any longer. I now look forward to each day knowing that we are truly part of something special.
