Gyro, that was my basic point, there are too many words like "attempt" and "discussing" for people to get too excited. Also, why make such an announcement until they actually do something? IMO, this is just a bunch of "maybes" to halt the stock's slide until he can do another placement. They have carefully chosen the words they used to avoid being slapped again by the SEC.
IMO, the use of this press release raises a few red flags, such as why not wait until you actually have a deal with atleast one lab before releasing this presser, and, what is happening with IMA for him to be possibly panicking in trying to independently sell this last test. This is what concerns me, is IMA not convinced that they can use the test?
