There are 2 reasons/problems with why the stock is not moving on news.

1) It's a pinky
2) The deal is not finalized. Pinkies are notrious for putting out P/R's that are nothing but fluff with words like "entering, beginning, finalizing, etc".

When we get a P/R that states "Hall of Fame completes agreement with Pilot Stores and product will be on shelves starting X" then we fly.
