Ja, dennoch ist diese Interpretation sehr sehr wahrscheinlich.
HRCT hatte nicht einmal die 360K Dollar, um Hartcourt Princely abzuschließen!

Wenn ich Geld habe, dann kann ich mir alles kaufen, was gut in mein neues Business passt und natürlich auch verfügbar ist. Diese Option hatte HRCT eben nicht.
