here is the truth about the CBI retiring currency. I have seen an article talking about sucking up excess liquidity of currency but up to date there has never been one single article discussing numbers of how much was sucked up. could only be a few billion for all we know. but talking about the CBI retiring trillions has never been supported by any factual numbers in any article or form. If there are numbers I would like to see them and not auction numbers because nobody knows what they are doing with the currency.
